Wash the bell pepper. Prepare the remaining ingredients. Let the dough sit at room temperature until it warms up and rises a little. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Prepare the sauce for the base. Chop the basil. Mix basil with tomato paste. Add salt, black pepper and a little sugar. Stir the sauce and set aside.
Prepare the filling. Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater. Cut ham, brisket and sausage into thin slices. Cut the bell pepper into thin rings.
Prepare the dough. Knead the dough with your hands. Using circular motions, start turning it in a circle and stretching it. You should get a round cake of dough. Form small sides.
Place the pizza base on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the base with tomato sauce. Spread grated cheese on top. Place the assorted meats in an even layer. Place bell pepper rings on top.
Place the pizza in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200°C. When the pizza is browned, take it out. Grease the sides of the finished pizza with vegetable oil. Before serving, garnish the pizza with fresh basil leaves.
Wrap a little cheese inside the sides - this will make the pizza even tastier, and the sides won’t go uneaten. You can also wrap slices of ham or small sausages inside the sides. Tomato or cheese sauce is also perfect for pizza.
