Fresh base (lat. Ócimum basilicum) - a genus of plants from the family of clear (labocellous). The basil reaches 40–70 centimeters in height. Basil leaves are used as a spice in Mediterranean cuisine: fresh or as a dry aromatic seasoning. The Russian word "basil" comes from the Greek Basileus - "monarch".
