 
                   
               
              Wash the tomatoes and remove the skins. To do this, make cross-shaped cuts on them. Boil water and place tomatoes in it for 1 minute. Wait for the tomatoes to cool slightly. After this, the skin will be easily removed. Grate the tomatoes. Peel the onion and finely chop it into cubes. Wash the greens and chop them with a knife.               Start preparing the Bolognese pasta. Place the frying pan over high heat and pour vegetable oil into it. Add onion and half of garlic.               Prepare the minced meat. Place it in the pan with the garlic and onions. Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add salt and ground black pepper. Pour in the chopped tomatoes. Mix everything. Turn the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.               Finish cooking. Turn off the heat, remove the lid from the pan and add the remaining garlic, as well as the chopped basil and parsley. Stir.               Make a paste. Pour water into the pan and wait 5 minutes for the water to boil. Add salt and dip the spaghetti into the water. Cook them for 8-10 minutes. Drain in a colander.               To serve, place spaghetti on a plate and top with minced meat bolognese. For a more impressive presentation, garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
