Parsley
Petrushka (lat. Petroselinum) is an umbrella family. The Russian word "parsley" is borrowed from the Polish language, where Pietruszka is mountain celery. The root and leaves are widely used as culinary seasoning. Parsley leaves are “curly” or smooth depending on the variety.
