Peel the onion and garlic. Wash the champignons. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and heat.
Finely chop the onion, chop or squeeze the garlic.
Cut the champignons into thin slices.
When the water boils, add spaghetti to the pan. Cook them according to package directions until al dente. Place the finished pasta in a colander.
Heat a frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute until golden and fragrant. Add onions and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry them for 5-7 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper. Add ground nuts.
Add sour cream to the pan and reduce heat. Add chopped herbs. Let the sauce simmer briefly for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
Add boiled spaghetti to the pan, stir gently and heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Serve the dish sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Garnish the pasta with fresh basil leaves. Serve grated Parmesan over pasta.
