Champignon (lat. Agaricus) - a genus of mushrooms. The name of the mushroom is a tracing paper from the French Champignon, the words that have been designated by all the mushrooms before their release in a separate kingdom. In cooking, the champignon is a double -spa champignon, one of the most valuable from a food point of view. It is rare in nature, but it is actively cultivated in special greenhouses.
