 
                   
               
              Thaw the ribs, rinse them and cut them into individual ribs. Wash the pumpkin and peel it.               Cut the tomato into large slices. Finely chop the hot chili pepper.               Heat a deep frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil. Once the pan is hot enough, add the onions and carrots.               Pour some water into the pan, add salt and spices to taste.               Place pork ribs in a baking dish and fill them with stewed vegetables.               Once the vegetables are browned, carefully remove the pan from the oven and place the pumpkin pieces on the ribs.               Place the finished ribs on a plate and pour over the meat juice. Place vegetables on top.
