Arrange all the products conveniently. Prepare a colander and two deep dishes. Wash the meat.
Prepare funchose. Pour boiling water over the noodles for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water through a colander and rinse it with water.
Chop the ingredients. Cut peppers, carrots, mushrooms and turkey into strips.
Fry the meat and vegetables. Place the turkey in a preheated frying pan with olive oil and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add carrots and mushrooms to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Next add beans and bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Chop the garlic and add to the pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and leave the pan on the heat for 1-2 minutes. Add funchose and soy sauce. Mix well and leave on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve the dish warm.
