Rinse the ribs, orange and lemon under running water. Remove all films and veins from the ribs.
Cut the ribs into portions and add spices to them. Squeeze lemon and orange juice into a separate container, then add honey, soy sauce, mustard to the juice and mix everything until smooth.
Place the ribs in a deep bowl and pour over the resulting marinade. Mix everything so that not a single rib is left without a layer of marinade. Leave the dishes in a cool place for 2 hours.
After marinating the ribs, place them in a greased baking dish and place in the oven. You need to bake for 1 hour over medium heat.
Serve the ribs with baked spiced bread, they go great together.
