Mustard
Mustard is a popular seasoning from a mixture of vinegar, water and ground mustard seeds (lat. Sinapis). It is named after the bitter greenery of the plant. In addition to mustard sauce in cooking, mustard greens, mustard powder and whole seeds are used. Mustard of mustard counts at least six. The most famous varieties of the dining room of mustard: Dijon or French (with white wine), Russian (it is also sipetskaya, the most acute), Bavarian (with vinegar, juniper berries, cinnamon and sugar).
