Salsa is a type of sauce that came to us from Mexican cuisine, where it is traditional. Mexicans prepare it from vegetables and fruits with the addition of various greens: cilantro, celery, mint and others. Hot chili peppers are a constant component of this sauce. In our recipe we added juicy peach, our traditional seasonal fruit with a delicate taste and aroma. Thanks to this, the sauce acquired a pleasant aroma, delicate taste and consistency.
