Wash and dry the mushrooms in advance. After this, lightly beat them with a kitchen hammer. If the mushrooms are small, chop off whole inflorescences, and if the mushrooms are large, you can chop off one leaf at a time. Wash the green onions and chop them coarsely.
Prepare the batter for the chops. Break a chicken egg into a deep bowl. Add milk, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. After this, add flour and beat until smooth, so that all lumps dissolve.
Prepare the chops. Place a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat and let it heat up. Then dip the chops in the batter until it completely covers the mushrooms. After this, place the chops in a hot frying pan, fry each side for 30-40 seconds until golden brown.
Serve mushroom chops immediately after cooking. Garnish the dish with green onions. If desired, add salad, mashed potatoes or pilaf to the chops.
