Oyster mushrooms
Vesenks (lat. Pleurotus ostreatus) are edible mushrooms of the Vyoshenka family. In nature, they usually grow a “bouquet” on trees and stumps in the forests of a moderate zone from September to November-December. Due to the simplicity of growing, the mushroom is cultivated in home and industrial conditions, and the crop is obtained at any time of the year.
