Rinse the rice thoroughly, peel the onion and garlic.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender and add 15-20 g of butter. Grind the walnut kernels in a blender. Cut the onion into small pieces, fry in butter and combine with chopped nuts.
Add spices to taste. Pour the warm broth into the nut mixture and stir well. Add salt and pressed garlic. Stir with boiled rice or place the rice on a plate first and pour the sauce on top.
Sprinkle the rice with the sauce with chopped herbs.
