Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and marinate in soy sauce and oil. Rinse the rice with plenty of water, peel the vegetables, cut into half rings.
Boil the rice until done. Fry the carrots in a frying pan over high heat, after 3 minutes add the onions and peppers, simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, simmer for a few more minutes. Place cooked vegetables in a bowl.
Fry the chicken in a frying pan for 4 minutes, add finely chopped garlic, simmer for a few more minutes until golden brown. Combine all products and mix.
Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and finely chopped dill. Fry two beaten eggs and serve with rice, it will make your dish even more interesting.
