Prepare ingredients for turkey kharcho. Peel the onions and garlic. Finely chop. Wash the tomatoes and chop them. Tip: Don’t be afraid to sprinkle a lot of pepper in the kharcho. The dish should be spicy and tangy. Otherwise it will be just regular soup.
Prepare the meat. Boil turkey in water until tender, 60 to 90 minutes. Remove the finished meat from the broth.
Make the tomato sauce while the meat is cooking. Pour oil into the frying pan, turn on low heat, add tomato paste and tomatoes. Stir until smooth. Keep on the stove for 5-7 minutes.
Cook turkey kharcho. Fry the onion in oil for 3-5 minutes until it becomes transparent, but not dry. Dip the vegetable into the broth. Add rice. Cook for 20 minutes, pour in tomato sauce. Salt, add pepper and suneli hops. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and turkey meat.
Before serving, sprinkle the turkey kharcho with parsley and dill, then serve.
