Salt soured (NACL or sodium chloride) is a natural crystal and one of the first spices of mankind. It may vary in composition and method of production, grinding and degree of cleaning. Stone salt - the one that is extracted in caves and in saline developments with blocks, garden and self -harvesting salt - crystals that evaporated or washed out of salt water of natural or artificial origin.
