Lay out all the ingredients on the table for easy preparation. Cut the fish into flat pieces. Place a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on the stove to heat up.
Peel and chop two cloves of garlic. Cut the olives lengthwise into two pieces.
Add chopped garlic to the oil heated in a frying pan and fry it for about a minute.
Place pieces of bread into the resulting garlic butter.
Fry the bread for a couple of minutes on each side until it begins to brown.
Remove the toast from the pan and place it on a board. Be careful, they are very hot!
Spread Pesto sauce onto toasted bread.
Place red fish pieces on top of the sauce.
Place olive halves on top.
Decorate the finished bruschetta with finely chopped herbs. The right decision would be to make several types of bruschetta to make the table more varied and beautiful. For drinks, we recommend serving aromatic ice-cold Prosecco to adults, and citrus Chinotto lemonade for children. Feel like Italians!
