Wash the chicken meat in cold water and cut into small pieces. Rinse the vegetables. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into strips, the onion into half rings, and pass the garlic through a press.
Boil the noodles until tender, then rinse in cold water, place in a bowl and add 2 tsp. olive oil, stir.
Then pour the meat into the wok and fry over high heat until the color changes, stirring constantly. Add vegetables and fry over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes
When the time is up, add the noodles and season with soy sauce, stir thoroughly and simmer for 10 minutes. A couple of minutes before readiness, you can add fresh herbs or green beans.
Before serving, add a little sesame seeds, green onions and hot red pepper rings, this will give the dish even more piquancy and appetizing.
