Steps:


  1. Wash the chicken fillet. Dry thoroughly with a paper towel and cut into equal strips. Wash the vegetables, peel and cut into small strips, chop the garlic.

  2. Place the garlic in preheated oil in a frying pan and fry until light golden brown. Add the chopped chicken and fry for about 3-4 minutes, the meat should change color. Increase the heat to high, add the mushrooms to the meat and cook until the water has evaporated.

  3. Carefully place the green beans in the pan, distribute them evenly over the surface, and fry for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add all the chopped vegetables to the mixture of mushrooms and meat and fry until half cooked. Next, season with soy sauce and black pepper, simmer for about a minute. Add the udon noodles to the remaining ingredients, cover and let simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle a serving of udon with chopped fresh herbs.
