Rinse the mushrooms and meat, check all the necessary ingredients, prepare the work surface.
Renew the cut of the champignon legs and cut them into strips.
Cut the beef into medium-sized slices.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Transfer the onion to a preheated frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Place the chopped champignons into the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add the chopped beef to the pan. Mix thoroughly and fry until the meat is cooked for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
Add garlic and a few bay leaves to the meat, onions and mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer the beef stroganoff for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide the beef stroganoff into serving bowls and serve. Bon appetit!
