Unwrap the chicken and bacon and place on a plate. Distribute flour, kefir, salt, pepper, vegetable oil into containers of suitable size. Place onions and eggs on a plate. Wash the parsley and place on the table.
Cut the chicken fillet and bacon into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Chop the onion and greens. Add herbs to the meat and pour in the kefir, then beat in the eggs. Add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper, and then mix everything thoroughly. Place pancakes in a heated frying pan with a tablespoon and fry on both sides.
