Fry the minced meat with onions in vegetable oil, add salt and spices to taste.
Roll out the dough and place in a baking dish or baking sheet, grease the dough with ketchup.
Place the minced meat on the dough, then the mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
Add chopped tomatoes on top. Grease the tomatoes with a small amount of mayonnaise for juiciness, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place in an oven preheated to 180˚C for 20 minutes.
