Rinse the liver and lungs, remove films and vessels and boil in lightly salted water. Cool and grind the liver through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and pass through a meat grinder. Wash the greens, dry and chop.
In a deep bowl, mix chopped liver and onion. Beat the eggs there and add flour. Mix everything thoroughly until all ingredients are completely moistened. Add chopped herbs. Add salt to taste. Bake pancakes on a hot frying pan on both sides. Grease the resulting pancakes with mayonnaise and assemble into a cake. Leave to soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve chilled, garnished with pickled cucumber slices and herbs on top.
