Wash and chop the mushrooms. Grind the meat through a meat grinder. Melt the butter. Grate the cheese. Grind the herbs and garlic in a blender. Grease a baking dish with oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender, then add onions, salt and a mixture of peppers to the mushrooms. Fry the meat and onions in vegetable oil until cooked.
Combine herbs, garlic and butter, flour and mix thoroughly. Then add broth to this mixture, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
After cooking the sauce, add cream and cook it again for 5 minutes. Then add the cheese and mix thoroughly over low heat to avoid lumps.
In a baking dish, place layers of pita, sauce, a layer of meat, more sauce and cover with another pita. Add mushrooms instead of meat to the next layer. Continue until you run out of ingredients and place the assembled pie in the oven for 20 minutes.
Decorate the pie with grated boiled egg.
