Steps:

1. 
   Prepare food for hedgehogs in vegetable oil. Peel the onion. Cut as desired. Rinse the rice.
2. 
   Prepare the rice. Boil the cereal until half cooked in boiling water for 10 minutes.

   Form hedgehogs. Soak your hands in vegetable oil. Roll into balls with a diameter of 30-32 cm. Pour oil into the pan. Bring to a boil. Then switch the heat from high to medium. Drain a batch of hedgehogs and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

   Place the hot patties on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
