Spices for chicken
Specks for kuritsa are a mixture of dry fragrant spices that sprinkle or rub the bird when frying or baking poultry, or added to marinades. The mixtures can vary a little, but the basic set usually includes turmeric, garlic, coriander, black and red pepper, shambala, ginger and basil. Parsley, paprika, onions, sesame seeds, marjoran and nutmeg can join them. The seasoning for chicken can be bought, or you can cook it yourself.
