Pasta
Macarone - long and short tubes from dried dough based on flour and water. They come from the Italian word MacCeroni. In Italy, they are called "pasta". Traditionally, in Russia, other configurations are included in the pasta: “horns”, “spirals”, “feathers”, “snails”. Real, high -quality pasta is produced from wheat flour of solid varieties. Such pasta looks presentable and retain the shape when cooking.
