Peel potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots. Remove the dumplings from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a while.
Take the vegetables, cut the potatoes into strips, cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Add two tablespoons of tomato paste and potatoes to the onion and garlic, fry for 15 minutes. Then add carrots grated on a medium grater, add 2 cups of water, and boil for 5 minutes. After this, add the dumplings, cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes.
Add herbs to the pan to taste.
Serve on the table, adding sour cream or mayonnaise to each plate - it will be very tasty.
