Rinse the meat under running water and pat it dry with a towel or paper napkin to remove excess moisture.
Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and spread over the surface. Place the pieces of meat, salt and pepper to taste, pour in soy sauce. Cook the meat with the lid closed for about half an hour.
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Add cucumber strips to the finished meat and fry the dish for another couple of minutes without covering with a lid.
Serve the dish with your favorite sauce. Adjika, a creamy garlic sauce, goes well with this dish.
