Paprika
Paprika - ground spice from the fruits of sweet pepper (lat. Capsicum annuum). The name comes from the Croatian word “Parpar” (“Pepper”), which the Hungarians borrowed and reinvented first to the “Park”, and then to “Paprika”. The severity of paprika is regulated by the number of seeds and fruit partitions, ground along with dried pepper pulp.
