Display all donut products. Keep them at room temperature. Prepare dishes for the dough and dough.
In a bowl, make a dough of warm milk, sugar and yeast. Stir and leave for 15 minutes. When the dough is ready, add flour, salt and eggs. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, then add the butter and knead for another 7 minutes. Leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours.
Roll out the risen dough into a layer. Using a larger cup, cut out larger circles, and using a small cup, cut out circles in the middle of the future donuts. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. Fry the donuts on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
Make the glaze. To do this, heat the cream and add chocolate to it. Mix well.
Grease the finished donuts with glaze. Top with colorful sprinkles. Place on a plate. Garnish with nuts, fresh berries, grapes, marshmallows, candied fruits or lemon slices. Serve hot tea.
