Cut the meat into small cubes, cut the lard into small pieces. Pass the garlic through a press.
Take pre-cut pork and chicken. Add garlic and spices squeezed out through a press. Pour in half a glass of water.
Wrap the sausages in foil, about 5 cm thick. Twist them. Place in the oven to bake. Pin the sides with toothpicks. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Open the foil and bake the sausages for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Place the sausages on a plate garnished with lettuce, green hot peppers and fresh tomato. You can serve with tomato sauce.
