Mix butter and flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and water. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough and fry on both sides in a frying pan without adding oil.
Make your own tortilla, it won't take much time and the taste will be excellent.
Pour olive oil into a heated frying pan and add shrimp. Then cherry tomatoes and basil. Fry for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and pour in cream.
Grate the gouda cheese on a coarse grater and place on one half of the tortilla. Place shrimp on top and cover with the other half. Place in a frying pan without oil. Dry on both sides.
Serve on a beautiful platter, garnished with an orange slice, cherry tomatoes and basil.
