Measure out the required ingredients and place them on the table for easy preparation. Rinse the meat and vegetables well under running water.
Cut the carrots into thin strips.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the leek into thin rings, finely chop the garlic and ginger root.
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips.
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Heat a thick-bottomed pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Add the onion and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring. Add carrots, continue to fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
Add the meat to the vegetables, stir and continue to fry over high heat, stirring occasionally, for another 5-6 minutes. Next add garlic and ginger root.
Fill the contents of the pan with water, pour in the soy sauce, add chili pepper if desired, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat.
Meanwhile, boil the wheat noodles until half cooked (remove from heat and drain 2-3 minutes before the end of the recommended cooking time).
Add noodles and crab sticks to the prepared soup, heat for a few minutes and remove from heat. The dish is ready, you can serve it!
