Preheat the oven to 220 ℃.
Without dividing into inflorescences, cut the cauliflower together with the stem into thick wide slices and place in 0.5 liters of water. Divide a small piece of ginger into fibers and add to the cabbage, pour in the juice of half a lemon, add salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Make a gas station. To do this, mix green onions, dill, parsley and garlic in a cup, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, then grind everything in a blender.
Place the cabbage in a mold or on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and spices, add oil and evenly distribute the marinade on both sides of the steaks. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve the cauliflower steak with the prepared dressing. You can sprinkle the top of the dish with herbs.
