Arrange all the ingredients conveniently. Boil one egg in advance and peel it. You will need it for the filling. Prepare a bowl for mixing ingredients.
Pass the onions through a meat grinder and combine them with the minced meat. If you prepare minced meat yourself, pass the meat through a meat grinder along with the onion.
Add salt and ground black pepper to the resulting mass. Stir the mixture together with one raw egg.
Prepare the filling for zraz. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Add the chopped yolk of a hard-boiled egg to it. Finely chop the greens and add them to the filling. The spicy aroma will add appetizing to the finished dish. Mix all ingredients.
To form a zraza, pinch off a little minced meat and make a pancake out of it in your palm. Place the cheese filling in the middle and carefully fold the edges. You should have a cutlet with filling.
Place wheat flour on a plate and roll the zrazy in it.
Proceed to the final stage. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. Place the zrazy on the frying pan. Fry them until golden brown on both sides. Cover the pan with a lid. Continue frying the zrazy over medium heat for about 20 minutes. This frying method will make the zrazy especially juicy. Remove the zrazy from the heat and serve.
Serve the zrazy hot. Pour your favorite sauce over the finished cheese zrazy. The dish is ideally combined with a vegetable salad.
