Prepare your food. Peel the potatoes, onions and garlic.
Prepare the base for the potato dough. To do this, grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and place them in a bowl. Then squeeze the potatoes.
Grate the peeled onion and garlic, then grate the cheese.
Add two eggs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the grated potatoes. Stir until smooth. Then add flour and mix again.
Form into thin pancakes. Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it, then add pancakes. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
Place the finished pancakes on a plate and serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
