Conveniently arrange all the ingredients. Wash the meat under running water and dry with a paper towel. Prepare foil and baking sheet. Turn on the oven to 170 degrees.
Prepare the spice mixture for the boiled pork. Chop the garlic and bay leaf. In a deep container, mix garlic, bay leaf, salt and ground black pepper.
Prepare the meat. Make cuts 1-2 cm deep on the surface, insert chopped pieces of garlic into them, rub the mixture over the entire surface of the meat. Place the finished piece of meat in a bowl, cover with a lid, and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Bake the meat in the oven. Wrap the pork in two layers of foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 1.5 hours. Remove the cooked pork from the oven and let cool.
Cut the boiled pork with garlic into thin slices, place on a serving plate, garnish with a mesh of mayonnaise and finely chopped green onions.
