Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Wash the green onions.
Prepare the meat. Cut the chicken breast into thin pieces. Place them in a deep plate and cover with teriyaki sauce. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes. Stir the meat, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Prepare funchose. Place it in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and let stand for 5-7 minutes, covered. During this time the noodles will steam and become transparent. Remove the liquid using a sieve and cut the noodles into smaller pieces with kitchen scissors.
Add chicken to noodles. Stir and cover with a lid so that the funchose absorbs all the juice. Let stand for a couple of minutes.
Garnish the finished hot funchose with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions. Cold funchose with teriyaki chicken will not lose its taste, even if it sits in the refrigerator for a day or two.
