Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Wash the meat, remove moisture with a napkin, then cut it into small pieces.
Peel the vegetables, grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings, and press the garlic through a press.
Place the meat in a frying pan with heated oil and fry until it turns white, then add vegetables and fry for 10 minutes.
Then add tomato sauce, garlic, seasonings, bay leaf, water and simmer everything under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
You can serve goulash with porridge, puree or vegetables.
