Rinse and dry the meat. Remove the funchose from the packaging. Rinse the vegetables. Peel the carrots. Prepare spices, teriyaki and onions and garlic.
Heat the frying pan. Cut the meat and carrots into strips. Fry the meat until golden brown. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Add carrots and onions to meat. Fry the carrots until soft. Stir the contents of the pan constantly to ensure even frying.
Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater. Add garlic to meat and vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the pan. Add all the spices and fry, stirring constantly, until the peppers are soft.
Pour boiling water over the funchose and steam for as long as indicated on the package. Add the prepared noodles to the frying pan with the meat and vegetables and pour over the teriyaki sauce. Mix all the contents well with the heat off under the frying pan.
For a beautiful presentation, place funchose in portions on a plate and serve with chopsticks.
