Rinse and dry chicken, mushrooms and apples. Cut the butter and peel the garlic. Prepare soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, spices and lemon. Remove the noodles from the package.
Rub the washed chicken with spices; in order for the spices to open up better and release their aroma, add a little vegetable oil. Wipe the chicken all over and inside. Rub with garlic and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place a few cloves of garlic inside the chicken. Leave to marinate for half an hour. Cut the apples into 4 pieces and stuff the chicken with them. Send the chicken to bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 45 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and melt butter in it. Add a little vegetable oil so that the butter does not burn as much. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces and fry in butter. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Add the prepared noodles to the fried mushrooms and pour in the soy sauce. Simmer a little. Place the finished noodles on a plate and place the baked chicken on it.
To serve, garnish the finished dish with lemon slices and dill.
