Cut the mushrooms, chicken and potatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onion.
First, fry the onion until transparent. Add mushrooms to the onion, fry for 5 minutes. Add chicken, cook for another 5 minutes. Add potatoes and sour cream, simmer until potatoes are half cooked.
Roll out half of the dough, lay out the filling and cover with the other half. Seal the edge as you like. Place the pie in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
To make the pie golden brown, you can brush it with egg before baking and sprinkle with sesame seeds for beauty.
