Prepare the necessary utensils for cooking. Sift the flour. Remove the butter from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before cooking. Grate the cheese and cucumber. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Combine cheese, cucumber, basil and stir. Separately mix flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mash sugar and butter. Add cucumber and cheese here and stir. Pour in the flour mixture and form into a dough.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then roll out the dough and cut out the cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Before serving, divide into portions. Serve cookies with sour cream, cream cheese and vegetables.
