Prepare all food and utensils.
Cut the meat into thin slices across the grain and add a little salt.
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade: sesame oil, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, red pepper, vinegar and black pepper.
Pour the marinade over the meat and leave for at least 1 hour.
Fry the pork slices in hot vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side, placing them in the pan in small portions.
Sprinkle the finished meat with sesame seeds.
Serve with boiled rice as a side dish, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
