Place the salmon on a plate, place the melted cheese on the plate. Pour milk and water into containers. Place the egg on a plate. Pour flour into a container. Pour vegetable oil into a glass. Pour salt, sugar and soda into containers, and place green onions on the table. Place mayonnaise in a bowl.
Beat eggs with salt and sugar, pour in milk and water. Stir and add flour and soda. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps and leave the dough for 30 minutes. Then add vegetable oil to the dough and mix again. Heat a frying pan lightly greased with vegetable oil. And start baking thin pancakes. Turn the pancakes over, so the browned side is facing up, and place grated cheese on the edge of the pancake.
Slice the fish into thin slices and finely chop the green onions. Place a piece of salmon on the cheese. Add a little mayonnaise and green onions on top of the salmon. Lightly grease the opposite edge of the pancake with mayonnaise - it will help to securely seal the rolled pancake with filling. Wrap the filling in the pancake, trying to form a tight roll.
Cut the pancakes and place them on a plate, place tomatoes and herbs on top.
