Place the ribs on a plate. Place soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in separate containers. Place the garlic on a plate.
Pour soy sauce, vinegar and mustard into a bowl. Add chopped garlic. Mix all ingredients. Wash the pork ribs, add salt and pepper. Then place the ribs in a separate bowl and pour over the marinade. Leave for two hours. Place the marinated ribs in a baking dish and place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C.
Garnish the plate with lettuce and tomatoes, then place the ribs on the plate.
