Place the pasta nests on a plate, then remove the minced meat from the refrigerator and place in a container. Peel the onion and rinse under running water. Cut the garlic into two cloves.
Take a large container and place the minced meat, then chop the onion and garlic and stir into the minced meat. Sprinkle with salt and spices, then mix thoroughly. Heat the pan, then add the pasta nests. Form the minced meat into balls and place in the middle of each nest.
Pour boiled water into the frying pan; as soon as the water boils, pour in the tomato paste. Cover with a lid, then continue to simmer until cooked through.
Serve the pasta nests with minced meat hot. Sprinkle with herbs or cut vegetables into pieces.
