Prepare all products. Instead of frozen vegetable mixture, you can use any ready-made mixture. Zucchini or green beans will also work well.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots, cut the zucchini into cubes if you are cooking with it instead of a vegetable mixture.
Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add all vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes, add salt and spices to taste.
Form meatballs from minced meat.
Place the meat balls in the pan, pressing them slightly into the vegetables.
Pour water until it reaches half of the meatballs. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Add greens as desired.
Serve with your favorite side dish, or as a separate dish - for this you need to add more vegetables.
